Maggie's Bath

This painting was done from a beautiful photo that Pat Lampi, the director of the Alaska Zoo, sent me after it was decided that dear Maggie would be much happier at the Performing Animal Welfare Society in San Andreas, CA. I promised him a giclee print of the original watercolor which he told me he now has hanging in his living room. When Mr. Lampi was here for the three-day Summit for the Elephants, he got to visit with Maggie again and was glad to see that she was happy and healthy and has other ele friends to hang out with.
