Mattie's mom is a caring breeder who rigorusly screens any potential buyer of her pups. The mom's are given the best of care and time to recover from the litter birth. They are house doggies and part of the family.

She works for the Churchill Animal Protection Society and helps rescue animals. I have donated art for their fundriasers for several years now. She bid on my pet portrait item the first year and this "Mattie" painting is the result.
